Standard chain pub fare. Expensive beer. Good default choice if you're nearby, but wouldn't go out of my way to visit.
Been going here for 30 years and it's one of our first choices for a celebration meal. Recently have not been impressed. Still very pricey, but food & service nothing better than standard pub fare.
Was good when it first opened, but not any more. Fish always very greasy and chips of variable quality. Don't bother. Plenty of better chippies in the area.
Been eating from here since it was the New Lucky House many years ago. Good, reliable takeaway. The place to go when you need that MSG rush :-)
