Douglas G. • November 25, 2014The only real taqueria in downtown Palo Alto. Lines are long, but they move quick. Cash only.
Vinay S. • October 27, 2014Don't miss samosa soup. Tea leaf salad and fiery tofu are the best vegetarian dishes.

v f. • April 1, 2010I love Joya!! Probably the best Latin American restaurant that blends the different types of foods in Mexico, Central America, South America & Spain. I highly recommend the ceviche, gambas & sangria!
Spencer S. • August 15, 2011Quite good lemonade (free refills!!) and I always order the California Crepe (savory). The Stanford desert crepe is great too.

Elynn L. • November 8, 2015Yummy milk tea! I love the regular bubble tea. I get it 70% sweet with tapioca pearls. Milk foam is also pretty popular. Tea is creamy & delicious. Go a lot when I'm in Asia - happy they're in CA!
Caeden K. • October 25, 2011I love this place, especially the honey lavender (tastes like HEAVEN) and creme brulee. It's a bit pricey but tasty :)

Paul M. • December 26, 2021Pro tip: you can order any usual drink (eg. cortado, cappuccino, mocha) and they’ll deliver. Don’t let the minimal menu turn you away!

Simon Z. • November 2, 2014Just tried the caramel milk tea 80% and it's surprising how well caramel and milk tea go together
Gilbert L. • October 17, 2010Try what is not on the menu such as Ocean Trout, Aji, Blue Fin toro, Yellow tail toro, Aoyagi, Shima aji and Hirame. Note the wasabi is freshly grated and the Ginger is fresh and not the jar variety.
