Marius W. • November 3, 2015A classic for architecture and public space buffs alike, the Snohetta-designed Opera House slopes out of water and opens up to an amazing roof plaza. Check inside for Eliasson art + wood details.
Merete S. • February 24, 2013The greatest green oasis in Oslo! Here you'll find different gardens like Rock garden, Herb garden etc.
Mark M. • May 8, 2012Nice view of Oslo! Don't miss it in the winter where you have beautiful sunsets in the afternoon, without the trees blocking your view!
James M. • August 13, 2015Fantastic new urban beach. Plenty of space to sunbathe, there's a small beach for kids and swimming lanes if you're up for a serious swim. Great views of the fjord. All that's needed now is a cafe.
Amalie K. • January 14, 2016Great place to walk your dog! Most other dogs (&their owners) in the park are friendly and well behaved. There's also a dog run inside the park, where pooches can play safely off leash with each other
James M. • May 1, 2017Kid-friendly petting zoo with pony rides in the summer. Kids' playground and a few cafes. Great day out for families with small kids.

Marius W. • November 1, 2018Lovely rocky beach that is equally worth visiting in summer and winter. Best reached from Kongsgården bus stop, via a path through the woods. Adventurous? Try nearby Huk nudist beach.
Marius W. • May 20, 2014One of the nicest (and yes less well-known) views of the Oslo Fjord. Take the tram to Sjømannsskolen and walk up hill, or just walk out past the school itself for another (lower) angle.
Christoffer E. • August 9, 2015Take a swim in Båntjern on your way down from this beautiful view of Oslo!
Berg M. • April 3, 2016Nice cafe with atmosphere and smorgasbord. Maybe the nicest Castel in Oslo with a park restored back to original glory.
Magnus H. • August 17, 2013Beautiful park, stunning view of the city. Add some table tennis fun and you have a good reason to climb the stairs from Tøyen.
