Great helpful service. Fantastic food; the restaurant week menu was delicious. The cocktail tree came with nice flair; the nashi cocktail was refreshing, the lychee cooler was thick and almost creamy,
The São Paulo roll is a great sushi roll. Made with scallop, masago, red onion, tuna, salmon, shrimp, yellowtail, avocado, truffle, chive oil & hatcho miso soy.
I know everyone comes to SushiSamba for great sushi, but you have to treat yourself to the Churrasco Rio Grande. It is the best steak I think I've ever had!!
Definitely try the Kuromitsu Glazed Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps appetizer. Made with palmito, frisée, micro cilantro & jalapeño-shallot vinaigrette. One of the best lettuce wraps I have had.
Everything we ate was unbelievably amazing! This is what we ate: Edamame, Wagyu Gyoza, Samba7, El Topo, & the Pacific. We drank Samba-tini's Try everything! Soo delicious!
Awesome food and drinks! Our waiter spoke pretty fast but she was very helpful in suggesting sushi orders for us. The management was actively checking on my table making sure things were satisfactory.
Great atmosphere but menu is a bit uninspiring with Nobu rip-offs like black cod, rock shrimp tempura, yellowtail with jalapeños - just not at the same quality level. Did enjoy the pork belly though..
Get the yellow tail taquitos, melts in your mouth! Also the peruvian corn with the rib eye anticuchos is sooo good. El Topo is a surprisingly solid dish.Though avoid the mojito, very watered down...
Really like this fusion - sushi and south american/ brazilian cuisine. The cocktails are excellent and so is the Brazilian dark beer- Xingu. The sushi are excellent but do also try the seafood dishes
Good place to catch up but don't come for food. Fresh sashimi but overall small portions and lacking oomph in flavor. Samba Sour cocktail came with a lot of food dye garnish.
N-Sider favorite: Spicy Yellow tail, Samba roll which has jalapeno in it and the Bo Bo Brazil with Kobe beef. The mix of Japan and Brazil really brings out some intense flavors!
Restaurant week menu is good for $35 at dinner. Choose pork belly, sushi plate and chocolate whisky custardy thing. Good mojitos too but pitchers are $45 - just so you know.
Very unusual Japanese-Brazilian fusion, little pricey but worth every penny. Definitely try Samba 7 roll. The ambiance inside is very unique. Service was quiet good.
This place has a really cool vibe. In the summer, Friday nights are the best times to go. This is also a great date and gathering spot. The sushi is cool and the drinks are good too.
try the el topo roll (salmon, jalapeño, shiso leaf, melted fresh mozzarella, crispy onion). i'm drooling just thinking bout it. lol brunch here is good too....can't beat their Churrasco & Eggs.
“The best sushi on the island in one of the sexiest atmospheres around. You’ll always feel like Carrie Bradshaw when you eat here. You MUST try the Samba 7 Roll! YUM!” – Jonathan, Setup Squad
