It's cafeteria style. They weigh your meat and wrap it up. They have pre-packaged sides and a good salad. The bbq sauce was thin and vinergary. They give you a piece of waved paper to eat off of.
Frito Pie: Only on the bar menu. A layer of Lamberts mustard bbq sauce, topped with Fritos, chopped beef brisket, queso, pico de gallo, goat cheese, and cilantro, with a pickled jalapeno on the side.
Mix it up and order the chicken fried steak and swap out the usual gravy for their dr. pepper bbq sauce.

Try the fall off the bone beef ribs, best coleslaw I have ever tasted, homemade hot from the oven bread (wheat and white are great with honey butter!), and the finger licking BBQ sauce!
Their sauce is very spicy. To put it into perspective, I eat the "hot" wing sauce at Hooters, the BBQ sauce at Stiles is hotter. The Mac and cheese looked good, but they were heavy on the garlic.
