This location always give big portions and very tasteful.
Order to go and bypass the line. Tried to tofu on the side today. Has the consistency and flavor to be a meat substitute. Likely to order it next time.

On the upside, the staff here are wonderfully pleasant, generous, caring, and available, the beds are comfy enough, and the cleaning service is excellent.
Avoid room numbers ending 11, 12 or 13 as the elevator equipment is noisy. Otherwise great hotel.

You can order half portions of enchiladas and nachos. Plenty of food less cost.
My favorite food truck in Austin. Smoked brisket meat wrap was the special of the day when I visited, highly recommended. Cold brewed coffee too.

West African fusion reigns at this darling trailer. We're still dreaming of the Couscous Moroccan, packed with cranberries, parsley, tomato relish, and set on a bed of mixed greens with cucumber.
It's aaallllllll good! We had the redfish and catfish/shrimp - really good. Dog friendly. Relaxing.
The bread pudding is the best I have ever had!
Great steaks, I go for the ny strip. Don't leave without trying the bread-pudding.

The breakfast is SO good. Get the chilaquiles. To drink get cafe de olla. Not for people who ❤️ strong coffee but the cinnamon flavor gives it a smooth flavor. For a treat, tres leches is worth the $7

Word to the wise: ask for the Mad Cow (beef fajitas, black beans, grilled corn) and Missionary-style Pork (slow-roasted pork w/ guacamole) from the top-secret #sacred menu and thank me later.
All ingredients except meat or guac are unlimited. Guac is free w/ veggie burritos.
Been coming to this place for at least 14 years at this location.. It is what I think of Austin - different, well set up and fun.. Still great food and speedy service..
