Great new Vietnamese spot on South 1st. Good banh mi, pho, bun and good brunch (the crispy vermicelli cakes are like high fiving your taste buds).
The Breakfast Pho is the best in town. Huge portions of brisket. Worth every bit of sweat.
By far the best Pho broth I have ever tasted, and the most tender rare beef. EVER. I eat here at least once a week and would recommend it to any Pho-lover :)

Great pho, try the meatball and flank. Ask for a small dish and mix sriracha and hoisin sauce and dip the meatballs in it.
Firecracker shrimp is outstanding, as is the tofu/veggie pho and pork/egg roll bun. Love this place!
