Kortney B: The Margherita pizza was good, but not the best in Bmore. Had the meatballs with ricotta as an app & they were delish. The hard cider is a must & Moscato was also great!
Wayne: Great rustic interior with friendly staff. I enjoy the spicy fennel sausage pizza. They always have a nice selection of craft beer as well!
The Baltimore Sun: In our review: There's more than just great pizza (try the one with duck confit) here. The calamari starter is a must, and try the salad of arugula and shaved fennel. Read more: http://bsun.md/WOrkBa

The Baltimore Sun: Max's has an encyclopedic selection of beer -- 140 rotating drafts, five hand-pumped ales, and, the kicker, some 1,200 bottled beers in stock. Read more.
