it's quite a sight at night, but not much more. no need to arrange a tour just for it. you will see it in full view when you take a taxi driving on North 4th Rd or have dinner at nearby restaurants.

Cocktails are top notch, but the best here is probably the 360 view of downtown Beijing (not that there is much to see...). Great for a relaxed drink listening to music. Tip: book a table on weekends.
U may not see the amazing view of Beijing as the city is always clouded by pollution. Light is too dim that makes me sleepy. live jazz band from tue to Sun. They have long list of worldwide whiskey.

IF y've good stamina, TheBestPlace to go is Shexia Pass. Exhausting & Exihilarating. Almost straight up, straight down & in pretty bad shape. On a clear day the stunning view are absolutely incredible
The steep path of this pass is very dificult to climb but once there, in a high position the view is beatiful and with luck and no pollution, you can take great photos of Great Wall and surroundings

Best hotel breakfast with amazing service (Robin is a great server!). Large and modern rooms with a rainfall shower and high tech toilet. Incredible views. Highly recommended and worth the price.

The view is breathtaking! Waited 34 years to see this amazing several century year old marvel. How this wall was built is amazing! Bring water & a gopro to record your journey uphill.
Great views on a clear day, though it feels a bit like an amusement park. In colder months the winds are vicious. Dress warmly with comfortable, non slip shoes. Cable cars and slide available.

Tallest building in the downtown CBD area. Breakfasts are as usual - fantastic - plus a view of BJ to accompany! The rooms are fabulous too! Only downside is the inconvenience of 2 lobbies!

It's a hidden good place in a tiny hutong, the view is amazing on the 3rd floor with sunset and Gulou temple. The clams and steak are dedicated made and I had to say the clams are the best in town!

Built during the Ming Dynasty, the Forbidden City's crimson pavilions will take a couple of hours to walk around at least. Climb up the hill at Jingshan Park for a good view of the city.
This city is amazing, do not hesitate to walk up the hill towards the temple after the city it is only 2rmb! The view is wonderful.
