Large and modern hotel - good view on the top floors
Hyatt Regency is a great hotel right downtown. Clean, modern, comfortable. My only complaint is there is very little drawer space. Highly recommend,

Until 1964, this hotel was fading, but then "The Beatles" moved in. Their number 272 now is memorable, but there were other stars - Ray Charles, «Beach Boys» and «Led Zeppelin».
Be careful about checking in here, they might charge you for it.
Great location. Short walk to Pike's Place, the Space Needle, the Westlake metro stop, and amazing restaurant choices. The staff are super helpful for tourists!
Downtown location puts the Space Needle and Pike Place within walking distance, plus famed Top Pot Doughnuts is just a half-block away. (Run, don't walk.)

Even though most hotels do this I still find it crazy that I am charged 1.75 to do laundry despite spending hundreds of dollars a night to stay here. They also didn't have any quarters.
Great hotel. Service is excellent, and rooms are lovely with cool features like sliding bath screens. Good location and Starbucks and Whole Foods downstairs, which is useful.

They serve Stumptown at their Continental Breakfast. That would be a coffee win.

Rooms are small, but comfortable & quaint. More than we needed. Staff we VERY friendly & accommodating. Clean. Comfy. Charming. 91 years old.
