Valentina Vitols: One of the coolest bars in town. Great cocktails (they make a great rendition of the Hot Charlotte) & small plates. Their fried chicken is legendary. Ask for The Needle and Thread. You may be in luck!
Kathryn H: Even though it's known for cocktails, the food is also outstanding, and makes for a great, quiet dinner on a weeknight.
Micah Spieler: Cozy place with great cocktails, if you're willing to sit at the bar or stand you can usually get in pretty quick.

Cooper Marcus: Pork belly sliders and hamburger are truly outstanding - plus the interior design and mixology is top notch
Steve Braband: Ask for a bourbon based drink, get the best old fashioned in history.
Loren Judah: A great speakeasy style experience. No menu, just let them know what you like. Get experimental for a truly unique cocktail.

T K: Love love this place. Super friendly, cocktails are brilliant, spinasse chef but Italian mod interior. Try punctured bicycle.
Valentina Vitols: Look for Adam Fortuna! He's pretty great with Italian-inspired cocktails, especially with those featuring Cocchi Americano. Fabulous ambiance, small dishes and music, too!
Pejman Pour-Moezzi: In a city that truly celebrates the cocktail, you can find the best ones here.
