Mike O'Dea: A traditional 3rd generation full service butcher shop. Anything you don't see you can special order. Cold cuts, a few house sausages & many retail cuts. The chimichurri marinated steak is great
Mike O'Dea: One of the few full service butchers round these parts doing whole animal butchering.
Josh Burgess: Steaks, hamburger and sausage all delicious and cheap. Small section of tasty greens. Cold pasta/potato salads are ok. Mind that they don't overcharge you.

Kev Skinny: Best sushi bay ridge. Get the rock shrimp tempura to start. Tare tare is also insane.
Tom Maxim: The "mob wives" eat here.
MissKris 🎀 1011: Used to be one of my favorite sushi places, but the past few times I've been here I've been seriously disappointed. The quality & portion size has seriously declined. Dish a few blocks away is better

Marina Noelia Cabane: Great drinks and guac and chips. Amazing patio
Serious Eats: Inexpensive, well-executed traditional Mexican fare in a bright and friendly sit-down environment. We love the tacos al pastor, loaded up nachos, and hearty burritos.
romina sandoval: Love the sirloin steak with mushroom chipotle sauce!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

Ally Millar: Brunch is a great deal, $11 a plate plus $3 drink specials. The jalapeno hollandaise on my eggs was worth the meal alone! Good guac too.
Mark H: I usually say, see for yourself. Screw that! you need to go, be impregnated by the most delicious food baby you can dream of, and let the night (or afternoon) slip away with a pitcher of margarita
Serious Eats: Chavela's does Mexican classics well and inexpensively—not reinventing the wheel, perhaps not worth traveling for, but reliable and tasty while you're there.
