I’m not sure why this place gets such good reviews. The homemade bread was bland as was the beet salad. The house red and the wild boar were tasty, though the pici was too sweet. I mean, it was ok.

Parpadella with rabbit and a nice Barolo made a lovely main course, though the wild boar pasta was tasty too. Service was outstanding only outdone by the charm and atmosphere of the room.

I'm no connoisseur (tend to pick wine by the design on the label), but it seems like they keep the cheaper stuff on a table in the middle, and in general have a great selection.
