My go to: the classic jumbo (comes with a delicious house made mustard) on pretzel bagel. Genius.
Some of the most delicious and unique bagels you'll find anywhere in the world. Sourdough starter is what really sets the bagels apart. You really can't go wrong but I always get the pretzel bagel.

They grill their breakfast sandwiches on the flat grill, giving it a grilled-cheese-esque flavor and consistency. All this really means is that the sausage, egg, and cheese is magic.
