Best Italian I have had in Charlotte. Penne a la vodka and risotto cooked Al dente, and the risotto wasn't clumpy.

Great place for brunch. I came here a few times with friends and each time tried something different on the menu. Omelettes, cheese grits, chicken sausage are all too good. Be prepared for the wait.
Get smoked sausage with mac n cheese. Comes with hush puppies which are to DIE for. The brisket rocks too.
Got the combo platter. I'd rate 1. Fatty brisket 2. Smoked sausage 3/4 pork or chicken depending on my mood. Try the bacon wrapped jalapeños.

Spicy Eggs Benedict is awesome , the chorizo patty was super spicy . The signature dutch baby and apple pancake were a disappointment with too much egg after taste, I stick with buttermilk pancakes.
Eggs benedict are tasty. I substitute the bacon for the smoked salmon. also the potatoe pancakes are wonderful.
