Sam Franklin: Try the Woo Iced Coffee (mine was not too sweet which is a good change)! This place has an awesome relaxed vibe, I happily spent hours working here. Don't forget to check out the art gallery upstairs.

Sam Franklin: You can't go wrong with an Americano here, this is one of my best coffees in Chiang Mai. The bagels were a nice change but on the small and expensive side! A great place to relax and friendly staff.
Foodtraveler_theworld: A must to try is Canale, Custard Cream Bread with a cup of good coffee! This coffee specialty is still popular until now and it’s taste is good for coffee lover. Recommend for a group of 2-4.

Phat Buoy: Nice place to chill out with a coffee and cake - free wifi if you ask for the code. Not that many cats about!!!
Adam Averay: Super chill place with a mix of Thai and western options plus smoothies etc. Most items can be made vegan if you ask. Wifi's pretty fast too (password 'breakfastburrito').
Nanda Dias: I had the burrito and pineapple mango coconut juice! It was served very fast and it was so delicious! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance :)
Timetimes: Chilling bar to hangout with your best friend. Handcraft beer with some of homemade Italian foods are enough for yours friendship.
