This place is great, old school Italian deli. I opted for the Italian sub (delicious) but next time I’m trying the meatball one, some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had.

The BLT special and the Meatball Sandwich are my two favorites but you can’t go wrong here. Do not sleep on the gelatos/sorbets. Best sandwiches/Deli in Chicago.

Their Italian beef sandwich is generously stuffed with high quality meat. Extremely filling.

Best empanadas! I’ve tried most of the & they are all good, eggplant, corn fillings were exceptional. Will try the offerings in meat, freshly cooked counters & the grocery section.
Steaks are great, same as served in Tango Sur next door. Empanadas and chimichuri round it out. Hidden gem!
