The sausage plate is simple but absolutely amazing.
Grab a Great Lakes seasonal and try the Choucroute Garni - sauerkraut, smoked pork chop, sausage and pork belly. Incredible.

The crepes are a must- try the smoked salmon. If you are a sausage geek, chruzcrej (sp) is heaven.
