The atmosphere is very nice, and the waitress on Saturday morning actually had a Texas accent! As far as food, the eighteen-wheeler and the lumberjack are the way to go!

So far I've tried the huevos rancheros, the iced coffee (not cold brew) the pancakes, chicken and waffles, the burgers and everything has been wonderful and kept me coming back.

The huevos rancheros are excellent, and anything off of the coffee menu (22 kinds of espresso and coffee drinks!) is just as good. Guava rolls and all pastries made on premise.

Chicken fajita chimichanga with sour cream sauce. It's huge and it's delicious! Always satisfied when I leave.
The Garland location nothing's good there. Go to the Mesquite location the original Pepper's is great
Worst place to spend your $$ thru drive thru they short U on the ingredients, they substitute ground beef in there tacos with potatoes, overpriced, rude when U complain they hang up lousy service.
Salmon in beet jus is incredibly tasty and healthy!

Greek omelette and huevos rancheros are great. John makes the best burger in Dallas. By far! And he really should bottle his salsa for sale at the supermarket.
