Dylan Burkey: Great service. Rooms are very spacious, clean and border on luxurious. I was both surprised and impressed with the accommodations. If I ever go back to Detroit I will be staying here.
darryl ohrt: The polished marble floors in the lobby are great for roller blading. Put on some purple bike shorts and blade like you own the place. Tell the front desk you're a Starwood preferred guest.
Joy Santiago: Don't valet park unless you're willing to wait a while.
Bob St Claire: Excellent. A little hipster, but really nice space.
George Joseph: If you're staying here, the breakfast downstairs is totally worth it.
Karl Warden: This hotel is absolutely Amazing! Rich history, great attention to detail, amazing customer service, but still chill and approachable. I will only stay here from now on

Nick Black: Stylish boutique hotel with a coffee bar, bustling cocktail lounge and tastefully decorated rooms.
Wally N: Extremely helpful front desk staff. Hotel Tonight sold rooms that didn’t exist and they found another hotel downtown for me.
Grace Fields: They won’t even seat you at the Candy Bar if you are under 21, so keep this in mind before taking your kids or teens.
Cheapism: Top of the line hotel for cheap! Wonderful service, clean rooms, fitness center. Read more: http://www.cheapism.com/p/cheap-detroit-hotels.mhtml#ixzz2kRUTR2pc
Jay S: Nice hotel if you are going to Greektown, Music Hall, Gem, Opera House, Tigers or Lions games. Also the Detroit Jazz Festival, which I attended.
Art Remnet: If you plan to go to either Ford Field or Comerica Park, this HGI is ideal. Short two block walk to either and parking is reasonable and safe. Just park or enjoy the night.
Sara Szafranski-Pitchford: Free parking and easy access to Little Ceasars, Ford Field, and Comerica. Breakfast buffet is the best!
HISTORY: The opulent $800-million MGM Grand Detroit is the first-ever Las Vegas style destination to open in a major metropolitan core. It is the only resort-style spa in southeast Michigan.
