Park on Cobo roof. It has easy access to the People Mover and easy access for exits. Avoid the JLA garage at all costs!

Mostly a residential park surrounded by high rise apartments and coops. Perfect for dog walking. Chrisler Elementary hide it from street, so somwhat quiet and isolated.
