Great pulled pork, solid Mac n Cheese, pass on the baby back ribs
The draft list here is awesome! I've tried the pulled pork and the 1/2 chicken and both were amazing! The best sides have to be the mac n cheese and the mashed sweet potatoes.
Long wait on Fridays after work but worth every minute.. Baby rack ribs and pulled pork combo are a must get! side with mac n' cheese and waffle fries. Good beer selection too.
The pork belly sliders and the crispy shrimp were my favorites.

Pulled pork sandwich is very yummy! Give yourself some extra time; they have a more relaxed environment so don't expect a speedy lunch.

Absolutely amazing. Beef tartare, quail, pork confit, squid ink chitarra... Omg. Can't wait to come back. Also, the drink menu is fantastic.
The Spicy Pork Udon is bangin!
Had the spicy pork udon that had depth & flavor, my wife had the curry udon, that brought me back to the Japanese curry I grew up with in Little Tokyo in LA. Great to have good Asian food in Detroit.
I've only ever had the spicy pork udon - it's amazing and has the best broth ever!
Pork chop w polenta is great.
Bar menu had some great items, even of you're in the main dining room make sure to ask for it and get the BBLT made with pork belly...you won't be disappointed

Service is not up to par, was rushed out the store pretty much and I received the wrong sides. Don't get the pulled pork, it's bad. There are better barbecue joints out there

Most everything is good here, but I'm especially partial to the pork burger, which is juicy and flavorful in itself, but amazing with the sauce. Also, the pork rinds w spicy sweet sauce is a must.

Loved the pork belly benny! I'm a coffee lover but the zingermans coffee surprisingly wasn't very good. Overall had a great experience and all the food coming out to the tables looked so exceptional!

Not a super traditional ramen-ya but the food is fun and modern. The seafood champon is packed with scallops, clams and the dashi broth is amazing. Pork bun is slightly sweet, the gyozas are meh.
Red Curry + Pork Belly + Extra Noodles = Awesomeness

The pupusas are divine! I recommend the pork or chicken.
Get the pork and cheese pupusas (the shrimp wasn't that good) these are pretty filling, I didn't like that when they switched up some plates I couldn't change the bill but it's a nice no frills place
