Aside from the great live music, the food is GREAT! The catfish & shrimp dinner is awesome with Mac & cheese & greens. My fav! But the grilled chicken is pretty tasty too! Try either.No disappointment

The Mac and Cheese & Jalepeno corn bread is amazing. The Cherry molasses BBQ sauce is delicious and the BBQ is moist and tasty. Favorite BBQ place downtown better than Slows and the service is great

Hands down, the best vegan soul food I've had (better than Souley Vegan in Oakland, CA). They had run out of collard greens but the kale braised in soy sauce was excellent.

The chicken... Obviously, a bit spicy and juicy. With a sweet tea it felt like I was at the Gus's in Memphis. Our tour guide down there said the chicken would change our lives. 😊
