Still hard to get in, still amazing. Bacon old fashioned is fantastic. Bartenders can make any drink on request. Though it got touristy the space is intimate, dark and sexy.
Pucker up, this place is all about the bitters. Highly recommend the Bittermen's Gin & Tonic and Eight Amaro Sazerac.

I Hear Banjos is amazing: an apple-y, spicy, old fashioned, served smoky.
Mmm the garden marg and the banjo is a must. If you're feeling daring, get a Ducati :) or ask the bartender to make a few old fashioneds. Mm mm goodness!
Fun bar that's always open late! Has a semi-divey (a good thing!) atmosphere with lively attitude. Best part is a well-executed and delicious craft cocktail menu from talented bartenders!

A lost underground Manhattan bar, which is off the beaten path. We came on a Monday night & it reminded us of an incredible week we had in Czech Republic! This place is a hidden gem in the E. Village!

The Manhattans here are really good. You can ask to get them in a manly glass to avoid spillage instead of the little martini glasses.

Amazing manhattans and old fashions - all I've got to try, but I'm sure any cocktail here is just as wonderful. Love the vibe here as well, great place to chill alone or with a few friends.

The most old fashioned cinema that I've ever tried in MYC. Sometimes u can find some small-production films here that u won't see in big cinemas.
Great little theatre. Usually not terribly crowded, and tends to show indie movies and documentaries as well as mainstream fare. Plus, the largest screen is old fashioned and lovely.
