Order the lambretta. It is a perfect mix of spicy, the lamb is cooked perfectly and the bread is perfectly crusty.

The Momofuku ramen broth is great. Very clear, smoky and complex. The spicy miss is also very good. The pork buns are a must as well. The wait is always crazy, but be patient, you are in for a treat.

The soup dumplings here are to die for - for two people, get three orders of those: regular, wasabi, and kung fu (spicy). Pair with the scallion pancakes with beef and a couple of Tsingtaos.
Soup Dumplings are a must! It gets quite busy so expect a waiting time but its worth it. Everything from the menu was delicious! Dan dan noodles were amazing as well.

Good ramen, and the chef's special spicy veg broth will make your mouth burn. Ippudo is better, but the wait here is far shorter.

The spicy ramen is the way to go. All the others are also delicious, but the extra jolt of flavor in the spicy version makes all the difference. Don't worry, it's not too hot for you.
