Cindy T: My favorite vegetarian dish is #16 Tsel Gyathuk Ngopa, which is sauteed noodles mixed with fresh green vegetables and tofu. Make sure you add the chili sauce that you get on the side.

Ben Watkins: Fav Philly restaurant hits NYC. Spicy fish tofu stew is the bomb. Get three pepper (anything) for crispy, spicy noms. Any of the noodle appetizers are yummy as well
Ritwik Dey: Great Sichuan spot for vegetarians. Most entrees have a tofu option, and some of the starters can be made meat-free too. Can't wait to go back!
