Tatiana Devnina: We staied at queue near 1,5 hours, but we didn't regret. At the gallery the most important and amazing exhibit is a David by Michelangelo. You need to see this statue, it's the top of people art.

Tomfoolery: Some really good exhibitions that are worth seeing if your tired of Renaissance art (check out the Kandinsky to Pollock if it's still on). The free gallery downstairs is pretty good too.
The Florentine: Thursday night open late, Strozzina (contemporary section) free from 6-11pm! Great place not just for exhibits but to hang in the courtyard (free wifi), cafe' or bookstore.

Vladimir K: In close proximity and similar to Uffizi Gallery in terms of the size of the queue line. Too many people. Sandwiches (they are fine, tho the bread was overcrispy) for 5 Euros, cup of wine for 2.
Nazrul Buang: Fantastic panini that are very generous in portions! Went for La Favolosa; didn't know what was inside but it was wonderful nonetheless. A must-try if you're near the Uffizi Gallery exit!
