No question; get the pear and pecorino ravioli - such a complex combination of flavours and textures. And the pea crumble!!! Ps. The salads are very good but portions are big so order less and share.

Go early!order your primo from the daily menu! get the pasta alla carbonara if its ont he list and the truffle bean bruschetta. They also make one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had in Florence.

The ravioli with sausage and truffle was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly and the prosciutto with Parmesan was amazing.
