The ribeye sandwich (the old way) was freaking amazing. Look at the pic attached and you'll see. The ribeye was so tender. It was like eating a warm, moist cloud. Oh, and that bread pudding. OMG!!!!!
Cheeseburger is solid and chips and salsa/queso are tasty. Baked potato soup is available every day and is awesome. No lunch specials, so I'd check it out for dinner. Good atmosphere

Curry chicken salad sandwich is great. I don't usually like curry chicken salads. The addition of crunchy bacon is a revelation.
Chicken Torta. Just enough spice countered with creamy avocado.
Blum's Crunch Cake. Toffee angel food cake with mocha icing and toffee crunch topping. Of course.
Chefs are very nice and Chef buffet bar is wonderful . Omelets & variety of pancakes are the best while watching the airplane runway
Go for the morning brunch buffet on the weekends. All u can eat waffles, pancakes, omelets, and much more

Pretty cozy place to have brkfst...traditional maple syrup pancakes and turkey sausage! Mouth watering! Waitresses are cordial.

Great food on the less popular side of the Stockyards. A great selection of chicken fried steaks, we had 4 in our party and all had a different chicken fried steak. We "taste tested" them all. GREAT
Something for everyone at above average quality. Unless you want desert or with a large party I suggest looking for a specialty restaurant.
All of their salmon dishes blow me away. The beet and goat cheese salad is incredible.

Short rib beef stroganoff is the truth. Steaks are the same as Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, which is the best anywhere.
