While everyone wants the Sticky Maple, don't be afraid to explore the many other biscuits. The Blues Biscuit (pulled pork and slaw) was absolutely fantastic!
They shouldn't call them biscuits, they're too good. Call them ridiculiscuits instead.

Little chilly in winter, sit by the fire if you're not eating! The Dusty Boot cocktail is a delicious take on a whiskey sour. Peach Julep is pretty heavy on the Maker's Mark, less so on the "julep".
