Amazing venue, not overwhelming & enormous. Feels more intimate. Clean, well maintained, great sound quality. Just wish there were a few more restrooms for shows that run longer with intermission!
Beautiful, intimate venue that allows you to almost feel a part of the show. Close enough to the Marriott that you can walk over and have a cocktail before or after the concert.
My choice "hole in the wall" bar. Amazing local artwork displayed, burlesque shows & beer...I'm set.

Look into buying online really early for big events. Sellouts aren't unusual. You can choose your seats and pick up tickets at a kiosk.
Been going to Alamo Drafthouse since the first one opened in Austin. Best theater ever, skip AMC and Cinemark. And a 22oz Guinness for $8? Yes, please!
Great beer garden, pretty stellar food. No patio, but nice bar. Try the deviled eggs with caviar and the authentic Belgian fries.
PROTIP: They don't take kindly to having their bathroom set on fire. If you need to do that, go to Harry's across the way.

Fantastic place! Filet Mignon Pierpont is very delicious! Highly recommend. The wine selection is impressive.
