Brandon Cummins: By far one of the best happy hours in the city and some amazing cocktails! Loving this "Mexican Bullfighter" with Tequila Ocho.
Tracie Tempel: Share a sidecar at the bar...it's a perfect solution for a cold winters night!!
Kate Van Gorden: Everything at this restaurant is spectacular. The service, wine selection, and food is the best in Kansas City-possibly anywhere. Worth every penny.

Virginia Long: Probably everything is great. Creative menu. love tomato ceviche: heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, in a citrus soy marinade. Add lots of cilantro, popcorn!! and yuzu kosho.
Tricia Wade: Appreciate attempt at creative menu but at times flavors didn't compliment. 2 different cocktails so so. Service s-l-o-w. Might give one more try but expense prolly not worth it.
Tricia Wade: Much of food was odd & somehow off, but did like pork toast starter, creamy whipped potatoes, and vanilla camomile cheesecake. 2/ 3 halibut orders at table terribly overcooked & dry while 1 was ok.

Michael C: Excellent dinner... beef medallions aupoivre, wild boar ragout. Service seemed a little rushed and inattentive. And the wannabe California wine vibe seems overwrought. Crossed off the must try list.
Tricia Dierks: They have a great happy hour!
Phil Watkins: It's not like the old place, but JJ's is still great. Terrific food, fantastic service & a peerless wine list. You won't find a better selection of single malt scotches anywhere.
