Best codfish I've ever tried! Ask for "bacalhau na brasa com batatas a murros". Really tasteful!
When the weather is nice sit outside and have some excellent cod (indeed very good). However prices are somewhat high for the small portions served.
Best cod we ever had. Portions are big, so keep the starters small. Wine recommendation (Planalto) great and friendly fast service.
It was an enjoyable evening of great food in a chic environment. The staff are very friendly particularly Juliana. Must try are the octopus n cod fish.

Octopus and Cod were good! This is the first place we eat when we got to Lisbon. The food was good and the environment was really nice. Don’t miss the little fried cod cakes.
Great Portuguese tapas! Strongly recommend the ceviche of cod fish and the croquetes de alheira. Also very helpful and nice staff.
You must get the sausage and the cod with risotto! The cod isn't prepared the local way - it's not salty.

The food is so good!! Be sure to get a tasty Vinho Verde, a craft beer, and lots of Iberico Ham. The cod lettuce cup is the best item on the menu!!
The food here is amazing. They stop serving at midnight so it's great for a late dinner before you go bar hopping. Get the octopus, tuna steak, and cod lettuce wrap!
Everything we tried was really good; lettuce wraps, cod, chorizo bread and beef croquettes. But the octopus was the best! Better to make a reservation but you can have a nice drink while you wait

Get the orange salad. Super refreshing. Then have the cod confit. It’s to die for.
One of the best meals we had in Portugal. Tastes were well balanced and triggered our senses. Go for the cod tails, the sting ray and the duck gizzard. The smocked belly was a bit dry for me.
You have to get the grilled sardines as people say, but also try for starters an order of the mixed salad and cod fritters paired with Vinho Verde (bottle only 10€). Fun small family place!

It moved to Escadinhas das Portas do Mar 4 just a few minutes away from the original location. It's quite hard to find but very much worth it.Grilled sardines, fried cod, and service are great.

Es un sitio muy casero. El bacalao es excelente, pida el que no trae jamón. El arroz con mariscos excelente. El pulpo es magnifico. Un servicio muy bueno y son muy simpáticos los que atienden.

Best place to eat out at affordable prices. Dishes are between 8-15€. Superbock beer in the middle for 3€. Codfish at Sea Me, Mercado Burger at Honuratu and Gambas Al Ajillo at Monte Mar were awesome!

Ask for "arroz de pato", the best duck rice you´ll ever taste, and try the codfish also. Great gourmet presentation, honest wine selection, and a very on-budget price.
Cod fish a braz was incredible, also pork loin with goat cheese and wildberry sauce was incredibly tender.. Superb dinner experience.

My favourite Professor's eggs go really well with bread. Tried also the cod and hazelnut^3. Food is good but would have expected more variation in flavour from a two star Michelin chef restaurant.
Had the tartare, but god, what were those fries!? Avillez managed to make french fries taste unforgettable!! The codfish and the hazelnut desert are awesome to.
The best mushroom risotto ever, but cod (photo) and lamb tajine were okay. Cool design of the place. And few molecular touches in the dishes.

Cod is king! My husband got the traditional Portuguese style and I got cod with asparagus risotto. We’re still talking about it!
