Good food and great staff they even have wifi u can use free. U can even ret a bed for a few night and get free breakfast each morning u stay here.
Absolutely fantastic staff, free breakfast with the price of bed! The room and hostel bed was ok.. but a plug and light on each bed would be good!! The bathrooms are too few. Fine for one night

In my opinion, the best hotel in London. Service is impeccable and the bed is the comfiest I’ve slept in! V stylish decor also.
Great rooms. Better than many Hilton hotels. Service is also sharper. The Oxbo restaurant and cocktail bar are also good. Swimming pool too and close to London Bridge.

Free wifi in rooms with free breakfast if you upgrade to level service. Overall not bad. The elevators make absolutely no sense though.
Arrived early in the morning and room not ready, was sold the lounge access with breakfast only to find out that the breakfast is for next morning. Complaint about the mis-selling and free breakfast.
Great service. Upgraded to studio room, which was great. Lots of space - separate lounge room from bedroom and high quality amenities. Close to London Eye and surrounding touristy areas.
The rooms with the view of Waterloo are magical if you're into trains.
Great Hotel, very child friendly! Kids got a welcome bag with pencils and a book, bracelet, wallet and some "hotel money", which they can use at the hotel bar for ice cream and colourful mocktails!
