Amazing Pizzas, among the best ever tried. Their doughs surprised me: try the vegetable charcoal and the whomemeal bases. Fab home made tiramisu and lovely fruity red wine (franconia)

Not far off from St Paul's, Alchemy features knowledgeable staffs who takes their time to explain the rotating beans on offer. The ordering system is odd, and is based on size rather than type.
