OMG this place is amazing!! Fav dish was the smoked mackerel pate and the shrimp on crumpets. I’d recommend getting the suggested set menu - you get all the best stuff!
Its 3-course menu will cost you around £80 per head, but you can't argue with flame-grilled mackerel with pickled cucumber or native lobster with tomato butter and basil.
"Try a dinner of mackerel with smoked eel, mustard and shiso, or foie gras terrine with apples in sake, followed by sea bass with confit squid, buckwheat and nasturtium." -Gayot on TripExpert Read more.
Everything is yummy. Spicy mackerel curry is a must try (if you can handle spicy food), khao soi is great on a rainy day and they also do a great thai green curry.
Sunday Street food was delicious, shining stars were prawn toast, mackerel tempura and squash fritters. The wine was delicious and affordable too.
👏👏👏 This Michelin star restaurant blew my mind. Impeccable food, wine, and service. Must try: truffle soup, seared mackerel, pork, and chocolate mousse. The donuts at the end were to die for!!!
