loved josephine's clam cakes & the asparagus au gratin (the sauce is amazing) the portion is bit small. The shellfish marinara is great too (all mussels portion). overall good seafood for la la land.
I eat a LOT of seafood and this is by far my favorite seafood restaurant in LA. Great place. Whole belly clam roll was delicious.
The lobster roll, warm with butter, is the best I've had on the West Coast. The Blondie for dessert. Oysters always. Clam chowder perfect.

Super crowded for lunch so go early or late and try the spicy salmon burger! That and the clam chowder are delicious staples. I’ve heard the lobster is sick here..
Get the Kumamoto oysters. They are awesome! Also the mussels and clam chowder was fantastic!
Had 10 different dishes and they were all superb! Highly recommend the lobster roll, shrimp toast sandwich, albacore tataki, linguine & clams, & oysters!
Absolutely perfect meal. Get the fried chicken sandwich, linguine w/ clams & uni and the hamachi w/ grapes & oranges. Oh, and did I mention the New Zealand oysters? Outrageously good. All of it.
The lobsters roll are to die for ! Linguine and clams are delicious too and the crispy brussels sprout. I would recommend ordering two dish per person, three if you are very hungry, The staff is great

Start with the clams. They do an awesome white white, garlic, tomato,and basil sauce. And they have great coffee. Make sure you take a walk on the beach after to digest and chase birds. :)

Chewy-ass DELICIOUS hand-cut kalguksoo noodles. Manila clam soup base is unfucking BELIEVABLY GOOD!! (The Chicken soup is super good too but thicker+heavier ^_^). Oh yeah, LEGIT KIMCHI too.. *drooool*

The bloody clams are good, but really just put yourself in the waitress's hands. Everything is great!
Try tasty, fresh Concha Negra (bloody clams, tomatoes, onions, avocado, cilantro, mint, Worcestershire sauce). Add shrimp and octopus. Cash only. Neighborhood is so-so; consider takeout.
Don't miss the roasted bone marrow, chicken gizzards, mussels and clams, and veal tartar = WOW! excellent service and wine recommendations!

The Sunday clam bake is very nice, try it! Clean flavors, tasty and enjoyable.
Excellent service and old school decor....try the Chilean Sea Bass it's fresh and meaty. Also the Cherrystone Clams melt like butter. Fish and chips is also tasty especially if you are at the bar.
The small seafood tower at the bar is the move.

Mussels very good. Scampi very very good. Linguini clam, overcooked, washy but edible. Chef too generous with garlic. You don't need as much to cook italian :) generally speaking is worth the trip!

The New England clam chowder was excellent. A rich creamy chowder with sizable chunks of clam with a great clam taste.

Had the Sash Dinner & Temp, Monkfish Liver, cooked Giant Clam, & Aji sushi. I thought the fish was flavorless and too cold. Bleh. Only the monkfish was decent. Temp had no crunchies. 1 thumb down. 👎
