Do not let yourself become impressed with the luxury decor. It's only a facade for the shitty service you'll receive. Try as they may to copy W Hotels, the shitty mindset comes out eventually.

Excellent front desk staff, concierge, view (chapultepec side!) and best of all, the buffet breakfast with the most delicious little juices this side of the rio grande.

Cool rooms and a good breakfast (brunch on Sundays!) with lots of Weekend events and fun
1- get a room as high as possible as the bottom floors pick up the lobby music. 2- breakfast is good (try the huevos divorciados) but tends to be cold. 3- Every single staff member is super friendly.
