Martial Bénard: Very busy, trendy place. Great starters (octopus , ceviche). The mains were uninteresting, ordinary (baby chicken, steamed sole). Special mention for the dessert (mango/strawberry lasagna: divine !).

Amber: One of the classic restaurants of DF. Try to get a reservation, but if you can't, walking in on the early side is often successful. All the pastas are great, but my favorite is always the short rib.

Kiff Stephens: Amazing pasta spaghetti carbonara. After a caprese salad. A cozy six table ambiance is the setting. Everything is good except for the sodas, they are super hot and the can is literally burning up.
