Excellent bourbon list! Pork chop was amazing along with the bison ribs. Sides were good as well - we had the sweet potato, cornbread and spinach.

The beef long rib is one of the best pieces of meat I've ever eaten. Its smoked and glazed with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce.
@ Ted Cook's make sure to try the rib tips but save space for the sweet potato pie.

Quite possibly the best ribs and brisket in the twin cities currently.
I've had the pulled pork sandwich, the rib tips, the sweet potatoes and the Cole slaw. All of it has been excellent.
Can't go wrong with the chop and rib combo. Keep in mind individual servings will serve a small army.

They have food and good food along with their brews! I also appreciated the generous snacks they served for free after the MN Brewery 5k! The Bloody Mary was quite tasty as well!
