Lulu: Otak-otak (or nasi lemak dengan ikan) as close as you can get to authentic malaysian/singaporean food in MTL. Kind of fusion-y but amazing food, nonetheless.
Gabriel Seah: Satay (grilled meat skewers) good, with good char & good meat (ironic: Singapore satay usually uses poor quality meat). Spice mix for meat somewhat off, still decent. Peanut sauce close to authentic.
Eric Miram Marthe Rose: Pork steam buns, Ribs, Char Kuaw Teow
