GLUTEN FREE MENU! HELL YES!!!
Had their gluten free pizza today. It was possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. It was thin and the toppings were scarce. It was almost tastless, except for the crust, which was horrible tasting.
Very cool atmosphere! Try their cookies, they are gluten free and delicious!
The V is for Vegan is probably the best vegan pie in this whole town! Can also vegify existing or build your own- lots of great veggies, Daiya cheese, vegan friendly pestos. Gluten free options too!

This is the SINGLE best gluten free place I have ever been to. Besides their gluten free options, their regular menu is excellent. ANYTHING ON THIS MENU can be done gluten free. ANYTHING!!!

Thai Ginger Curry! Every time I am in Nashville I stop by Sunflower Cafe! You can taste the quality and love they put into everything they make, by far the best vegan burger I have ever had! Try it!!

Delicious breakfast and the best coffee I found in Nashville. You can sometimes wait a little long on the coffee (my hot food was ready 5 mins before coffee) but it was worth the wait.
The gluten free menu here is so good! I recommend the Philips better lemon chicken.
Their jasmine iced tea is so good! And super refreshing:) I always get it.

Lemon chicken is like orange battered fried chicken, but with lemon! For my friend who eats gluten free, she had the vegetable delight, which was superb. They have been around for 15 yrs!
