Elise D: The latest updates are unfortunate for fans of the self-washing tub- now you basically wash your dog out front with a garden hose. Using the dryer on a dog in the New Orleans sun is kind of torture :(
Ashleigh Stone: The front desk makes all the smart decisions for your buddies, and the attendants are the shakers and movers that make it all happen! Together they are magic!
Megan Anne: They also board cats for $18 a day!
Jay & Shea: they call it the garden district for a reason - it's beautiful! chill in the Audubon Park and eat/shop on Maple or Oak St. And remember it's a "street car" not a "trolley" =)
Men's Health Mag: Naming the best bar in NOLA is pointless when the entire city is an outdoor bar. We recommend Pal's Lounge (Rendon St. dive), French 75 (the bartenders drink), and Lafitte's (cheesy but worth it).
Michelin Travel & Lifestyle: Carnival isn’t just for a day here: Parades, balls, and plenty of king cakes make this party town even more festive from January 6th to Mardi Gras. - Green Guide Editor
The Ritz-Carlton: The Audubon Insectarium offers insect encounters, fun bug animation and surprises in their immersion theater, a serene Japanese butterfly garden, and much more.
Kristine Koepp: It was fun...shorter visit then aquarium or zoo...the butterfly garden and the show was the most enjoyable parts for my kids.
Chris Patterson: Can't take pocket knives or guns in. So leave in the car or hotel.
Rafi Syed: Worth the $5, but your whole visit will only take you 30 minutes. Bring a po' boy from K'Paul's next door and eat in the back garden after your tour.
Alex Mizrahi: The old Pharmacy museum is a very interesting place in the quarter with a long history. Get the tour.
HISTORY: The museum includes cures for anything that ails you including voodoo potions & other weird medicines. The City of New Orleans operated the museum from 1950-1987, it's now run by a non profit org.
LaBugg H: Instructions: Bring a hammock, some strawbita, good music, then just chill & watch the sunset.

Christi Holmes: 25 cent martinis with purchase of entree. Turtle soup was ok, chicken and andouille gumbo was fabulous as was the quail, fresh blackened drum fish and the bread pudding. Ask for the garden room
Food & Wine: Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse made his name at this genteel, Victorian-style, classic Creole restaurant in the Garden District. Open since 1880, it's a great place for old-school cocktails.
Bachelor10: Try for the “Chef's table” in the kitchen (in advance). The chef will talk you through New Orleans cooking and then design a menu tailor made to fit your tastes. Also check out Ms. Ella’s lush Garden. Read more.
SouthernBeets: Great location for walking around Magazine Street and the Garden District. It's on the street car line, and valet parking is only $20 overnight (compared to $40 in the CBD and French Quarter).
Jim Hobart: Really great staff, nice big suite. Breakfast was good, and the bartenders took good care of us. Try the local craft beers, especially the Batch19 if you like IPAs.
Ron Halversen: Great service! Valet are on top of their game. Loved the room. Will definitely stay here the next times we come back!
