Breakfast tacos are DELICIOUS! They are so good they will get you pregnant. And your food baby will want more breakfast tacos. Ask for extra napkins.

The special was crawfish etouffee -- and was excellent. My wife had 1/2 Oyster Po'boy and gumbo. And for dessert--bread pudding. Wow.

as a local, I think this is the best gumbo in the city...but i'm ready to be proved wrong though ;)

The yellow rice dishes are the best! You can choose either Salmon, shrimp, chicken, or lamb!

Nice local place. Struck up a conversation with another patron. Ordered the veggie rice plate. Pretty tasty and just wished there was more of it. Also had a few more dishes that I'd like to try next.
The BBQ shrimp is delish. Some of the best grits I've ever had.

Don't listen to nay sayers. Food great, they recently redid the menu to include sandwiches which are great! Service and cocktails were exceptional.

Worth it! Best fried chicken.. mac & cheese...possibly red beans too. Get all 3. They close at 3 & the smallest order is 5 pieces (mixed or jumbo wings) so have someone to share with or come HUNGRY!
