Molly Stoddart: Delicious Brooklyn roasted coffee, friendly folks!
Michelle S: The Americano is delicious with chocolate undertones (the house blend Thor is terrific). The Orange Brioche is heavenly and the perfect companion to a great cup of coffee.
Lauren: I feel like I'm cheating on Joe (The Art of Coffee), but...this is the best coffee on the UES.

jeri greene: Wonderful new place to go for coffee AND cocktails in Meatpacking! The coffee is perfection.... Cocktails top notch.... Light fare food menu - all we tried was delicious. My new found love!
jeri greene: How cool that this company has been in the NYC area since 1920! Seriously great coffee. Delicious house crafted cocktails! Beautiful place with a cool vibe & great music. My favorite new spot.
Eric J. Mintz: Iced coffee here = prime cold roasted coffee topped with a shot of espresso. THE BEST!!!
Christopher Cantwell: While it's no secret that La Colombe produces some of the best espresso drinks in the city, the real hidden gem is their baked goods. Grab a chocolate chip cookie to go with your next cappuccino.
Mazda: Enter any La Colombe cafe and one immediately notices what is missing - the merchandising and clutter of branded T-shirts, coffee mugs, home coffee machines and lunch foods.

Zina Яkovleva: Best place for a get together or after work party. Live music sets the right mood, staff is amazing especially the bartender Pavel who is the core of a guaranteed fun night!
Cat Cat: If you like tea- you must order the tea and stir in the cherry preserves it's AMAZING- especially paired with some of the cranberry infused vodka (my fav).
ZenFoodster: Pricier & only ok but there are UberEats / Delivery.com lunch deals that may make it worth it. Best so far are Black Pepper Seitan, Eggplant String Beans in Basil garlic sauce, Pumpkin soup.
Lee Hecht: Incredible and consistently great vegan food- get their Seitan dishes, or their General Tsao Tofu, or their Bibimbap. Quick delivery.
Rema Rao: One of the best vegan places on the UES!! Check it out!

Eater: Brunch here spans from classic French to classic Middle Easter cuisine. Menu includes shakshuka, kafta benedict, and an "Au Za'atar Breakfast," served with eggs, pita, & a selection of mezze. Read more.
Dens: Foursquare tips did not do us wrong -- kebabs are great, cauliflower is great. The pita & hummus & olive oil you get right after you sit may be the best part tho. a bit pricey. I bet brunch is killer
Village Voice: Get a taste of the traditional Arabian French vegetarian dishes. Have the fatteh al-betenjane ($13), eggplant topped with toasted pita bread & smothered with garlic yogurt sauce and sautéed pine nuts. Read more.
