Their tacos are probably the best around. Their burritos are pretty good too, but go here for the tacos. They don't skimp on the meat and their open late on weeknights.

The late night alcohol soaking food and tongue n' cheek atmosphere are lots of fun. I recommend the wings, the kimchi pancake, and corn cheese.

One of the elite pizza places in Oakland. Not better than Zachary's, but with a very nice full bar and just as kid friendly, it may edge out Zachary's in terms of the overall experience.

Sat at the bar on a quiet Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the zucchini flat crust pizza, which was just enough for two. Delicious! Would like to come back for a date night for pizza and beer/cocktails.

Probably the creamiest ice cream I've had in the bay area yet. The mocha almond fudge and raspberry swirl was a solid combo. Single is huge with two flavors, so get the petite if you're not hungry.

Trendy, diverse crowd. The margaritas are too sour but the mojitos are perfect. Ambient, groovy DJ on Tuesday, usually some noms to be had. Great week night meet-up spot overall.
Awesome Mexican food, fast and open late. Lines are usually large, but there are two food trucks and a restaurant depending on the time of day.
