OMG this has to be the Best Bubble Tea place!!!! I had the Hawaiian Smoothies with Lychee Jelly.
Their original boba milk tea is perfect. Just the right balance of all ingredients. If you're craving a bubble milk tea, this place will satisfy.
It's all good but the green apple is fierce! Love Boba ;)

"Quickly" must be Mandarin for slowest service possible. Great product but expect 10-15 min for a Boba tea.

The royal bubble tea is my favorite and if your looking for something caffeine free go for the grapefruit and orange fruit tea. Both have great unique taste that are very refreshing. Love this place!

Yummy food for lunch or a night in town. The prices are not so bad for downtown.
The pho was also verryyy oily. Never order bubble tea here.. Only decent thing was their banh beo
The pho is amazing, in my opinion the best in Orlando. Try the golden pancake if you wanna taste something new.
