Must try the desserts. Go for the Fruit Toban Yaki. It’s amazing. The Rice Pudding is excellent too.
One of the best Japanese places I've been to. Everything was delicious, special note to the hamachi tartar, crispy chicken dumplings, & truffle salmon. Highly recommend asking for an outside table!
Always love this place. Recently tried two great dishes, the noodles with tamarind, and the waygu skewers. And the Tobin Yaki dessert is amazing.

Yet another beautifully done restaurant with a nautical design theme. Food is authentic Spanish tapas and mains. Perfect date spot. Service is arguably the best in Panama.

Good place for ecotourism. This Natural Park is located in the middle of Panamá City.
The Metropolitan Natural Park has 232 hectares + 1.159.43m2. This protected area is one of the last spots of the almost extinct pacific dry forest in Central America. "Lungs of Panama City"
Don't let the "medium" difficulty hikes scare you off. They have the best views at the end and truly aren't that strenuous.
All pastries are so good!, but definitely you should try the greek deserts. Obarrio location is always crowded so be prepared to wait for a table.

The master brewer is a passionate professional who was mentored by Pierre Celis and Michael Jackson. They produce 4 flavourfull beers there at this bar. Thumbs up!
