The Islamic section is new and very lovely. As usual the big format paintings like lady liberty, or the crowning of Napoleon- are impressive and lovely.

Oldest cafe in the world & regular hangout of Napoleon & Voltaire. Super interesting place, but walk in, look around, stay for a coffee/wine, & walk out. Overpriced and mediocre at best.
Napoleon's hat is in the foyer on the back entrance. You can take a look without having to enter the restaurant. They say Benjamin Franklin penned a good portion of the U.S. Constitution here.

Incredible parc in Paris! Very unlike the other French styled geometrical parks 'Buttes Chaumont' features artificial landscape. Must-visit!

Charming setting, diners arrive by crossing the lake in a small boat. Beautiful outdoor terrace upstairs. Food was delicious but expensive.

Retiro de Josefina cuando Napoleón la repudió, conserva mobiliario original, incluyendo el escritorio del emperador. Lo mejor para llegar es tomar el bus urbano.
Nice gardens. Great historic site. Josephine and Nsookeon. Don't trust Google maps to get you to the entrance. Get off bus at least chateau stop and follow the signs.
Château bien rénové, proposant régulièrement des expositions thématiques. Heureusement, ce n'est pas réservé aux fans de Napoléon et les jardins sont très agréables pour une ballade dominicale.
