I ordered #1: Slices of Eye-Round SteakWell-done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon and beef tripe. Delicious, hot soup. Add some fish sauce, hoisin and shiracha then it'll taste amazing. Drip coffee.

Very fast and casual atmosphere, tables communal, tea is complementary. The large size is humongous, regular is plenty big. Pho is delicious and there's a chicken option. BYOB is permitted.
2 orders of family style for four - you can try one of each dish: summer roll/spring roll, sour fish soup/sour shrimp soup, lotus salad/papaya salad. The cubed beef is sooo good!
Pho is great and all but get the Bun Bo Hue soup... Amazing. PS- If you're not feel adventurous, tell them to hold the pork hocks.

Definitely a great place to have dumplings! They taste fresh and not too salty! Try the soup dumpling (the soup is inside!) and the pan fried pork juicy buns!

This place is across-the-board awesome. Ricotta apple donuts are amazing, chicken soup is worthy of what your grandma made.
